Has as a long-standing track record in legal sector finance. He began lending to law firms in 2010 with Key Business Finance and later moved with the business to Birmingham under Wesleyan Bank’s ownership.
Mike was a founding member of Iceberg and went on to lead the business following its acquisition by Paragon Bank.
Stuart Bell
Director
Has provided finance to law firms since 2007, starting with Key Business Finance.
He helped guide it through the financial crisis and into Wesleyan Bank.
Stuart co-founded Iceberg in 2015, later acquired by Paragon, and recently relaunched Key Business Professions.
David Honour
Director
Brings a wealth of experience from a successful career in the insurance industry before transitioning into legal funding in 2019.
David combines diligence with a broad understanding of the legal sector, making him a trusted figure among clients and colleagues alike.
Jack Seaford-Long

Worked in legal funding since 2016, as a specialist underwriter for law firms.
At Key Business Professions, he applies this expertise to prepare and present finance applications to the most suitable funders, ensuring key information is highlighted to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
Brad Marsh
Marketing Manager
Brings a wealth of marketing expertise to Key Business Professions, with a strong background in fintech and digital growth.
Since 2013, he has served as Director of a successful digital marketing agency, and has played a key role in raising £12.8m in venture capital for UK start-ups.
